Submitting an inquiry does not charge you, start a subscription, or promise capacity. Qira reviews fit before proposing work. Standard research previews do not include a support SLA.

Your inquiry and privacy
Qira stores your email, optional name and company, chosen product, project description, contact consent, and request status in its private account-service database. Qira administrators use it to evaluate and respond to the project and manage an agreed engagement. It is not a newsletter signup or a public record. Requests and backups are kept while needed to evaluate or deliver the work and maintain related business records. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email bryanleonard@imagineqira.com with your reference number. Please include no credentials or confidential records.
Before you pay
Bryan Leonard personally operates Qira under TREND and sells new Flows subscriptions and generation packs through the Stripe merchant displayed as Trend. Review the final currency, renewal amount, taxes shown at checkout, and cancellation terms. Older purchases can retain their original seller. Product and model-provider bills are separate. A custom service begins only after both sides agree the proposal.
How subscriptions work
Flows subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled in Manage subscription. Allowances reset by calendar month in UTC, with no rollover. Canceling stops the next renewal; prepaid access continues to its paid-through date. A generation pack is a separate one-time purchase.
