Choose what you want to do. We’ll point you to the right tool, explain what you need, and show how to check the result.

Build or fix software
Flows — Turn a project goal into a build plan, work through it with your AI tools, and check the result.
- Describe one change you want to build, or connect a repository you own.
- Review the generated plan and choose your build tool. Review any requested permissions.
- Check the diff, tests, preview, and CI before approving the result.
Account: Qira account for saved work and generation. Public plans are open to browse.
Cost: Browse plans free. Custom generation has a free allowance; see Flows for current paid limits.
A generated plan is not a finished application. An AI report alone is not independent verification.
Open source · Local installation
Use an agent on your computer
LOLM — Run a local AI agent to work with files, write code, and carry a task across sessions.
- Read the installation guide and install the CLI for your computer.
- Connect a model provider or a supported local model. Keep API keys on your own machine.
- Start with a small task in a test folder, then inspect the files and checks it produces.
Account: No Qira account required for the local CLI. Configure your model provider or a local model.
Cost: Open-source installation. Remote model providers may charge separately; local models need suitable hardware.
The website provides documentation. Execution happens on your computer; remote model providers receive the context sent to them. Research results are separate from product guarantees.
Preview · Browser vault · team pilots
Encrypt and verify a file
QEV — Package a message or artifact into an encrypted vault and check its integrity when you open it.
- Open the browser vault and try a nonconfidential message first.
- Choose an unlock phrase, create the vault, and save the encrypted file and your phrase safely.
- Open the saved vault to check the round trip. Share the phrase separately from the file.
Account: The browser vault works without a Qira account. Your unlock phrase is separate from your account password.
Cost: The browser vault is free to try. Team capture and gateway deployments require a scoped pilot.
An integrity check detects changes; it does not establish that the contents are true. Customer-held keys cannot be recovered through Qira account reset. No independent security audit is claimed.
Available · Local collector · web profiles
Keep a record of AI-assisted work
Ledger — Collect supported activity locally, sign a summary on your device, and choose what to publish.
- View an example profile and read what each evidence field means.
- Follow the local collector setup and inspect the summary it prepares.
- Sign locally, preview the public payload, and publish only what you choose.
Account: Use your Qira account to manage a hosted Ledger handle. Local collection and signing remain on your device.
Cost: Read profiles and the collector guide before publishing. Review the current product terms for hosted services.
A device signature helps check integrity. Usage volume is not proof of expertise, productivity, or the truth of the underlying logs.
Available · Account service · prompt library
Manage your Qira account
Oort — The home for Qira sign-in, provider connections, and the Oort prompt library.
- Sign in with your Qira email and password, or create a Qira account.
- Open Flows or Ledger through its Qira sign-in button to continue with that identity.
- Manage product-specific settings and billing inside the product you are using.
Account: Use your existing Qira credentials. The sign-in service runs at oortstack.com.
Cost: Account access and the public library have free paths. Product subscriptions and provider costs are separate.
One identity does not automatically combine subscriptions, storage, or workspace permissions across products.
Experimental · Measurement interface
Explore AI efficiency measurement
AEX — Compare an AI workload with a stated baseline and inspect the measurements behind a result.
- Open AEX and identify whether the displayed inputs are measured or simulated.
- Choose a workload and review its hardware, units, and comparison baseline.
- Inspect the evidence record and limitations before making an efficiency claim.
Account: Explore the public interface without signing in. Check the data source and run mode before using a result.
Cost: Start with the public interface. Agree hardware, instrumentation, and scope for a measurement pilot.
A demonstration or simulated result is not a measured energy saving. Results depend on the specific workload and baseline.
Free experiment · Sample studio · pilot evaluation
Explore game-asset production
Foundry — Inspect a free sprite pack and describe one asset need for a feasibility review.
- Inspect the free sample, animations, and exported files.
- Describe one character, required animations, style, and export format.
- Agree feasibility, scope, price, and delivery before any paid pilot starts.
Account: The free sample needs no account. Existing paid licenses retain their own access and billing management.
Cost: Free sample. New subscriptions are paused; any small pilot needs a separate written scope and price.
No monthly production capacity or turnaround is promised. A pilot inquiry creates no charge or delivery commitment.
Applied research · Interactive map
Explore Phoenix traffic
Phoenix Traffic Intelligence — Explore Phoenix-area official road reports, message signs, and camera locations alongside historical network layers.
- Open the AZ511 source-feed panel and inspect each retrieval time and source report date.
- Distinguish official reports and planned work from historical map layers and research scenarios.
- Check source coverage and limitations before interpreting a corridor or scenario.
Account: Public exploration does not require a Qira account.
Cost: Explore the public map. Project-specific research requires a separate scope.
The AZ511 feed refreshes regularly and labels stale or failed retrievals. Reports and planned work do not establish measured speeds or validated forecasts. The older network and modeling backend remain historical or unavailable.

Read chronological news
WeSearch — Browse news from curated sources in chronological order.
- Open the chronological feed.
- Choose the subjects and sources you want to follow.
- Open the original reporting to assess its evidence and context.
Account: WeSearch has its own account and service terms. It is not part of the current Qira sign-in integration.
Cost: See WeSearch for its current access and service terms.
A curated feed does not establish the accuracy of every source. Check original reporting.
